Def. Schuldenquote

Im Kurs 520 wird der Begriff Schuldenquote synonym für b_t=B/PY und auch für delta b_t =b_t+1 - b_t gebraucht.
Es ist aber wohlso, dass letztes eher die Änderung der Schuldenquote ist oder?
