Use Basstok constructively.
These terms govern Basstok services provided by Basstok Inc. Your community may publish additional rules. By creating or uploading content, you agree to these terms and those community rules.
Your account
Provide accurate information, protect sign-in links and sessions, and report unauthorized use. Basstok is not directed to children under 13. You must be at least 13 and meet any higher minimum-age or parental-consent requirement that applies where you live or in your community.
User content and conduct
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Basstok Inc. and the relevant community operator a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, display, and distribute it only as needed to operate, secure, moderate, and improve Basstok.
Do not post or facilitate unlawful, infringing, sexually exploitative, hateful, harassing, threatening, deceptive, privacy-invasive, malicious, or spam content. Do not impersonate others, evade access controls, scrape private data, or interfere with the service. Use the in-app report and block controls or contact mail@basstok.com.
Pornography, content intended for sexual gratification, public nudity, and graphic or gory depictions of violence are not permitted. These rules apply to all Basstok communities; community rules cannot permit this content.
Moderation
Basstok Inc. and authorized community operators may review, restrict, or remove content and suspend accounts to enforce law, these terms, or community rules. Reports are reviewed as promptly as reasonably possible.
Deletion and termination
You may request account deletion from Account in Basstok or through basstok.com/account-deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for material or repeated violations.
Service and liability
Basstok is provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Basstok Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
Law and changes
Ohio law governs these terms, except where mandatory local law applies. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.

Pre-release service and pricing
Basstok is in pre-release. This pre-release does not offer paid subscriptions or accept payments. For service availability and pricing enquiries, contact mail@basstok.com.
Cancellation, refunds and disputes
If you later buy a paid service directly from Basstok Inc., you may cancel at any time by emailing mail@basstok.com. There is no cancellation fee. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the paid period unless you request immediate closure or a refund.
You are entitled to a full refund if you request it within 30 days of a payment by emailing mail@basstok.com. After that period, contact us about service or billing issues. For billing questions or disputes, use the same address. Nothing here limits rights provided by applicable law.
You may stop using the current pre-release at any time. Account deletion is a separate request; see Account deletion.
