16 kannst Du schreiben als 2^4, also wird daraus
Q = 2*(2^4)^(1/4)*L^(1/2)
Und es gilt ja (2^4)^(1/4) = 2^1 =2
Q = 2*2*L^(1/2)
Q/4 = L^(1/2)
Jetzt quadrieren, damit Du ^(1/2) loswirst
Q^2/16 = L
L = 1/16 * Q^2
